Snowmobiling Conditions

Feb. 17, 2010 - We have received a few more cms of snow and conditions are still good for snowmobiling and trails are groomed. O'Donnell's Cottages has lots of available rooms over the next few weekends while the conditions are still good. Get out, enjoy what is left of winter and stop for an overnight at O'Donnell's on your travels! Our snowmobilers package is all you'll need. Cozy cottage, hot tub and a hearty breakfast before you head out in the morning, and don't forget, a groomed trail that leads right to your cottage door.

Feb. 11, 2010 - We did receive some snow late last week and the trails are being groomed today. Conditions are great and the sun is shining!

Jsn. 28, 2010 - After receiving a fair amount of rain earlier this week, the trails are once again closed for sledding in our area. We are forecasted to receive up to 10 cm of snow tonight which would reopen the trails for good snowmobiling. We'll keep you posted.

Jan. 21, 2010 - We've have received a good snowfall and the trails in good condition. Groomed and ready for sledding!


Jan. 12, 2010 - Snowmobiling season is upon us, unfortunately the snow is not. Trails remain closed at this point due to the icy conditions. We have had some snow, but the rain has made for poor snowmobiling conditions. The trails are groomed, but we wait for snow and colder temperatures to freeze up the water ways.

On a positive note, the conditions are great for sliding!
